PCV Valve (4.3L/4.7L V8)

The positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) valve can sometimes go bad on the V8 Vantage. You’ll know if that’s the case because it will make a buzzing sound. It’s easy to check if the PCV is causing that buzz by simply pushing down on the center of it with your finger – if the buzz goes away or changes while putting pressure on it, then the PCV is causing the buzz and needs to be replaced.

Replacing the PCV valve is an easy job that only requires a couple basic tools.

• Shipments sent from Japan through either Japan Post or Yamato will be delivered by the local postal service or UPS, respectively.
• Products listed as “Available on backorder” will ship once inventory has been received by Redpants. Please contact us prior to ordering a backordered item for an estimated delivery time. Orders that include backordered items will not ship until all items within the order are available.
• Import duties, tariffs, and other taxes imposed by receiver’s government, and any fees associated with them charged by the shipping carrier, are not included unless specifically and explicitly stated as being included during checkout.
