By placing an order with Redpants, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understand, and fully accept the following Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations Policy as well as Redpants’ Terms & Conditions.
Order cancellations must be received prior to an order being processed. Once an order’s status has been marked as Shipped or Completed, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation and a return request must be submitted.
Items must be in new, uninstalled, and unused condition to be eligible for return. Once an item has been used, installed, or use in anyway, it is not longer eligible for return and the order is considered final.
Made-to-Order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun, and these items are not eligible for return. Once manufacturing of a made-to-order item has begun, that order is considered final and no cancellations, adjustments, exchanges, or returns will be accepted.
All requests to return or cancel an order must be submitted by email and submitted to Rich@Redpants.JP or through the Contact page. No other methods used to request an order cancellation or return will be accepted, nor will they be received if sent to any other email address or recipient. Returns must be requested by the customer and approved by Redpants prior to any item being returned. Items returned without an approved return request will not be refunded.
A printed copy of the original order confirmation email must be included with the returned items. A refund will not be provided for returned items if the print-out of the order confirmation is not included with the returned items.
An item return request must be submitted within 15 calendar days of delivery of that order. After 15 calendar days, the order is considered final and requests for returns or refunds will be denied.
A returned item must be received by Redpants within 15 calendar days of the return request being approved. If Redpants has not received a return within 15 days of the return being approved, the return will be considered cancelled and Redpants will not accept the returned item, unless extra time is agreed upon by Redpants in advance.
Items returned without a prior return approval will not be accepted. Any item returned to Redpants without prior return approval will be considered abandoned by the customer and forfeited, and no refund will be provided to the customer.
Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund. This applies to any and all items eligible for return unless otherwise specified in these Terms & Conditions. Cancelled orders for Special Order items are also subject to this fee once shipped from our suppliers, regardless of whether or not the order has already shipped to the customer.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs, import duties, and any other fees when returning items. Shipping costs will not be refunded for any returned items, including the original order shipment and the return shipment of the item. Any additional fees, including but not limited to import duties and delivery charges, will be deducted from the refund.
